SixSeven

Terms of use

Last updated: April 26, 2026

The short version

1. Acceptance

By using SixSeven you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

2. The service

SixSeven is a free, browser-based arm-speed challenge. You can play it without an account, without an install, and without payment. The service is provided as a free amusement; we charge nothing and we are not selling you anything. There is no premium tier.

3. Acceptable use

When using SixSeven you agree not to:

We may, at our sole discretion, remove leaderboard entries, block sessions, or block IP-hashes that we believe violate these rules — including offensive names, implausible scores, and obvious spam. We do not owe you a notice or an explanation for these removals.

4. Physical safety

The challenge involves moving your arms quickly. Move at a pace and amplitude that is comfortable for your body. SixSeven is not exercise advice or medical guidance. If you have a heart condition, joint or muscle injury, or any medical reason that high-speed arm motion could aggravate, do not play. Take breaks. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath. You play at your own risk.

Some animations on the site (countdown numbers and the end-of-game confetti) involve quick visual changes. If you are sensitive to flashing lights or visual motion, you may want to avoid playing.

5. Camera, video, and your data

Camera processing happens entirely on your device. We never receive, record, or store any video frames. See our Privacy policy for the full breakdown of what we do and do not collect. By playing you agree that the only personal data we hold is the minimum needed to display your leaderboard entry, exactly as listed in that policy.

6. Intellectual property

The SixSeven brand, design, copy, and source code are the property of their authors. The pose-estimation model is provided by its respective authors under their own license. You may share screenshots and short video clips of your own play; please do not copy substantial portions of the site itself.

SixSeven is an independent, fan-made arm-speed game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any meme, song, performer, recording label, sports team, athlete, or trademark holder referenced — directly or indirectly — by the broader online culture around hand-motion challenges. Names of such third parties (where mentioned at all) are used only for descriptive identification.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that your score will be perfectly counted. Pose detection has inherent limits and your result depends on camera, lighting, and motion conditions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will SixSeven, its authors, contributors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to one hundred United States dollars (USD $100), or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (which, since the service is free, is zero), whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SixSeven and its authors from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any third-party right.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time and for any reason, including for any violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections 5 through 11 survive termination.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of business of SixSeven's authors, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise. If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
